So what is GS2E all about and who are the masterminds behind fork? We are three eaters from Wisconsin with much time on our hands due to the long winters. During these long winter months the three eaters experienced more activities surrounding food indoors. In January of 2009 when the temperature was -30degrees, two eaters looked at one another, and said, “you realize we love to eat and will try anything?.. let’s start a website!”.. On Jan 12th, 2009, GS2E was born…
