So what is this all about?

So what is GS2E all about and who are the masterminds behind fork? We are three eaters from Wisconsin with much time on our hands due to the long winters. During these long winter months the three eaters experienced more activities surrounding food indoors.  In January of 2009 when the temperature was -30degrees, two eaters looked at one another, and said, "you realize we love to eat and will try anything?.. let's start a website!".. On Jan 12th, 2009, GS2E was born...

So what do you get for the day(s) you purchased?

Well we are glad you asked. You mail me your Food and you get:

  • Daily Video on YouTube, Vimeo , Viddler, Blip.tv, and iTunes
  • Daily Photos on the blog & Flickr
  • Daily Posts on the blog & Twitter
  • Daily Updates to our Facebook page
  • Calendar (You/Your Company's Logo & Website)
  • All of these with displaying your product and information about you, your company and/or your product.
  • AND..If you mail us your shirt (size: X-Large) or other paraphernalia we will wear the shirt(s), or display the items during the filming of the eating.

If you have something fun to send, feel free to include with your food. Also, we've got a very flexible schedule, the eating crew come to you or your place of business email us, we'll bring our video camera and document the entire trip.

Like we said, there's no secrets here...we are not a rock stars, professional food critiques, male models or anything internet spectacular. But when you put food and a camera in front of these eaters, prepare for entertainment that will blow your mind!

Fluffy Jon

Fluffy Jon was born in Portage, WI.  He is not right in the head...Seriously, ask anyone he knows... His name "Fluffy Jon" describes a man who looks more like Moses from Biblical times or an overweight teenager who stuck a fork in a light socket.  He is witty, off-the-wall, and has a stomach that never ends.

When Fluffy Jon is not eating, he spends his time teaching children how to build box kites and collect stamps.  If you send him food, he will eat it, critique the experience with a machete-like tongue, and entertain you for hours like Nintendo Wii entertains the elderly in nursing homes.

Any eatings by Fluffy Jon will not want to be missed... VIVA LA FLUFFY

Born in Salem, Oregon. To loura and Jeff White. (love you mom and dad). My family is awesome, I am very, very lucky to have such a great group of people in my life. Moved to Madison, WI About 12 years ago and love it. I am a Chef, and can't imagine having any other career. I love what I do!!!.

I am crazy about food and cooking, CRAZY I tell you. Any one hungry?. I love Butter and Cream, "How can you cook with out them?" I say. Don't ever talk to me about "Low Fat" & "Reduced Calories" any thing. I have been fortunate to have spent substantial time in two of the greatest countries in the world. France and Spain.

If I had a catch phrase for my life it would be "You Only Live Once!" I hate stuck up and un-fun people, "You going to be that boring after your dead too?" Loyalty counts for 50%. Friends are the family you choose. I love food!
